Enn Pant, chairman of the management board and CEO of Tallink Grupp, announced today his plans to retire during the next financial year 2010/2011.
However, according to a statement made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders today, Pant said that his resignation was conditional on the company returning to profit. Pant, who has been the CEO of AS Tallink Grupp from 1996, proposed that he would be succeeded by Andres Hunt, long term board member and deputy board chairman.
