Overnighters a tenth less than
before

According to figures from the Statistics Board, 2.15 million people were housed over the last year in Estonian accommodations; ten percent less on-year.

The decline was the greatest in the first and second quarters of 2009, as compared with the previous year. The yearly drop in the number of overnight visitors barely reached three percent by the end of 2009, i.e. fourth quarter. A total of 464,000 people were put up for the night in Estonian accommodations in the fourth quarter of 2009.
