Lithuania's name at largest
international tourism shows

Lithuanian representatives' participation at the largest international European tourism shows received much attention from visitors and local media.

This year, Lithuanian tourism was introduced at seven biggest international tourism exhibitions hosted by Lithuania's priority markets, including Germany, Russia, Spain, France, Finland, Sweden, and Latvia. During the shows Lithuanian representatives made around 700 new contacts. Cultural, active as well as health and SPA tourism were introduced to foreign tourists as the main niche tourism fields in Lithuania. Poll results showed as many as 82% of Lithuanian tourism promoters reached the goals set for the exhibitions.
