Palanga gets offended without a
reason

The Council declined a request by Palanga Municipality representative Sarunas Vaitkus to carry out an investigation into Novaturas allegedly violating the principles of comparative advertising. An advert by Novaturas which undermines the resort of Palanga and offers tourism service abroad instead was found in line with the Law on Advertising. "It was raining all week in Palanga last year, thus holidaymakers may as well choose Novaturas and go for a holiday abroad this year," the ad by Novaturas said.
