The new administrator of Olumpia Hotel, Rezidor Hotel Group, managed in the second quarter to increase its turnover by 17.2 percent.

Rezidor’s quarterly report shows that turnover grew by EUR 29.8 million up to EUR 203 million. The company earned a net profit of EUR 17.2 million over the quarter, yet one year ago during the same period the hotel chain had to swallow a loss of EUR 2.5 million. Rezidor opened 4,000 new hotel rooms in the second quarter and took under its own operation nearly 3,500 rooms; 2,400 of which were associated with an agreement to manage Reval Hotels’ ten locations in the Baltic region.
