Pan-Baltic Novaturas Group posted LTL 1 million profit in June. True, these are the consolidated results of six companies forming the group.

Novaturas chief Marius Horbaciauskas says Lithuanian market is more competitive this year compared to 2009. The Latvian travel market shrank the most of all the three countries and Estonia is struggling with intense rivalry as five travel operators are vying in a rather small space. Lithuania is thus enjoying the best situation now despite the market still shrinking. Meanwhile, Tez Tour reported to have served 9% more tourists in Lithuania in H1 year-on-year. The average price of the trip went down by around 17% and reaches just over LTL 1,700 per person.
