destination for Russians

According to web portal Votpusk.ru, Riga will attract a number or Russian tourists during the Christmas and New Years holidays.

Major motivations which attracts this market, as well as Czech and Finnish tourists are the quality of service, deals on hotel rates, proximity to Russia, and lack of language barrier.
